If the service has been partially or fully delivered and used (coaching sessions, in-person and virtual training and engagements, needs analysis, etc.)

For digital downloads, templates, online programs, or materials that have been accessed.
Refund Process

Your name and contact information.

A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations
