Customer Service Time Management

Customer service is complex, and a key component of good service is a well-organized and confident customer service professional. This training was developed for customer service professionals working with customers dealing with juggling multiple expectations and difficult customers on a regular basis.

The idea is that there is more to poor time management than just willpower. I take learners through potential risk factors for poor time management, connect to their overall purpose as customer service professionals, and offer strategies to manage their mind, work, and others in more effective ways.
